RPS Composites Executing Major Mineral Processing Contracts

RPS Composites is in the process of delivering composite pipe and equipment to two major Mineral Processing Projects in North America, one located in eastern Canada and the other in Mexico.  These contracts include more than 130,000 feet of pipe and 40,000 fittings in sizes 1" through 48" diameter.  RPS will also be supplying fume handling equipment and exhaust stacks.  These pipe systems and equipment are custom designed to each of their applications and utilize both brominated epoxy vinyl ester and brominated epoxy novalac vinyl ester resins with liner thicknesses ranging from 0.10" to 0.27".  The pipe systems are being supplied with maximum shop spooling to reduce installation costs.  RPS Composites has been supplying Engineered Composite Solutions to the Mineral Processing Industry for more than 30 years and we are proud to be included as a key supplier in two of North America's largest active Mineral Processing projects..
